Hiring Pros to Reveal Tips for Successful Job Interviews
Industry experts will talk about the do's and dont's of a successful job interview.
This Friday, April 4, the Job Club at workNet DuPage is hosting what will be a very informative presentation. Julie Palenscar and Rubi Salgado, both human resources and recruiting professionals at Peacock Engineering, will be speaking on the topic of “Interviewing Techniques from the HR Perspective.”
About their presentation, Ms. Palenscar said, “Please stop by for our tips and tricks of what and what not to do when applying for a job. We’ve prepared a little skit to help you gain perspective about what it’s like from the recruiters’ standpoint: the good, the rude, and the one’s with ‘tudes! We hope to see you there!”
DuPage County job seekers are invited to attend this free networking event. The job club begins at 8:30 a.m. with networking, and the guest presentation will begin at 9:30 a.m. Job Club is held twice monthly at the workNet DuPage Career Center, at 2525 Cabot Drive, Suite 302, in Lisle, IL. Every meeting of the job club features different speakers, presenting on a variety of topics related to job search.
