Lisle Park District To Add Security Cameras At Community Park

The Lisle Park District Board of Commissioners will review a proposed security camera policy at its meeting Thursday.

LISLE, IL — The Lisle Park District Board of Commissioners will review a security camera policy amid plans to install security cameras at Community Park. The item will be up for discussion at the board's Oct. 15 meeting.

The move comes after Community Park's skate park was closed following incidences of graffiti. According to a board staff report, the suggestion of surveillance cameras to deter defacement came at the July board meeting. Board members also suggested increasing the presence of community service officers.

The cameras would be installed near the skate park and baseball field at Community Park.
