Morton Arboretum To Host Virtual Offerings While Closed
The arboretum is temporarily closed as of April 2 due to the new coronavirus shutdown.

LISLE, IL — The Morton Arboretum is temporarily closed due to the coronavirus shutdown as of April 2, but is offering a virtual museum and programming during its closure. The offerings include virtual tours, podcasts and more to bring the arboretum's natural beauty inside your home.
Residents can click the link to take a virtual tour of some of Morton Arboretum's exhibits. You can also browse more than 40,000 photos of the Morton Arboretum grounds on the ACORN database.

Many of Morton Arboretum's in-person events have also beenshifted to a virtual format. These include webinars on growing herbs, identifying trees and arboretum yoga. There is also a podcast series about STEM careers to teach children and adults about how these careers apply to work in an arboretum and beyond.
