New Specialty Brews For Craft Beer Festival At Morton Arboretum

LISLE, IL — The Morton Arboretum will host their fifth annual Craft Beer Festival from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, June 23. Sip and cheers between the trees with beer from more than 45 breweries. The Arboretum encourages attendees to bring a chair or blanket to enjoy the summer weather (rain or shine) and live music from Euphoria, in addition to food available for purchase from guest restaurants and Arboretum concessions.

The Morton Arboretum website says VIP admission will be at noon and tickets cost $60 per Arboretum member or $70 per nonmember, with a $5 charge added to ticket purchases made on the day of the event. General admission is $40 per member, $50 per nonmember, and $15 for designated drivers whether they're a member or nonmember. No one under age 21 is allowed into the festival.

You can register for the festival by phone at 630-725-2066, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, or stop by the Visitor Center during open hours.

According to the online event page, attendees will be able to cool down with a scoop of ice cream topped with a beer sample while enjoying new Beer Floats this year.

Cask beers provided by Hopvine Brewing Co., Pollyanna Brewing Co., and Sound Growler Brewing Co. will also be available, in addition to pre-ordering your favorite beers on-site for pickup when you're ready at Famous Liquors in Lombard or Forest Park. 10% of all sales will be donated back to The Morton Arboretum.
