The men lived in the same apartment complex where the burglary was committed.

LISLE, IL – Two men were charged with residential burglary at the 5400 block of Burr Oak Road in Lisle on Sunday. The men entered the apartment home and took cellphones, car keys, credit cards and other personal effects, Chicago Sun-Times reported.
Around 3:30 a.m., the residents called Lisle Police to report a burglary. Later that same day, police spotted two men —who live in the same apartment complex where the residential burglary took place— walking along nearby Yackley Avenue. Police arrested Jawon M. Thomas, 25, and Tyler Croy, 25, both of Lisle. They were charged with residential burglary, criminal trespass to a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of a credit or debit card. Daily Herald reports that the items have been recovered.
Tyler Croy was also charged with a DUI, improper lane usage, expired plates and driving without insurance in connection with a previous warrant the Daily Herald said. Both men are in custody at the DuPage County Jail.
