Residents Encouraged To Compete In Lisle Park District Photo Contest

LISLE, IL — Residents have until Oct. 1 to submit their entries to the 2022 Capture Lisle Parks and Recreation Photo Contest. The competition, open to amateur and professional photographers alike, spotlights pictures snapped at parks, events and other venues tied to the Lisle Park District.

Photos can be submitted in the following categories: sports and events, recreation/people at play, wildlife, nature, architecture, fine art. Below is a roundup of the rules for the photo contest:

• Photos must be taken at Lisle Park District facilities, events or programs
• No limit on number of entries
• Color or black and white photos permitted
• High-resolution photos (300dpi or more) required in png or jpg format
• Digital photographs only
• Include title and photo location, along with photographer's name, age and email address

The photographs will be judged on clarity, exposure and subject matter. Entrants should email their submissions to Samantha Sleezer at ssleezer@lisleparkdistrict.org by Oct. 1, 2022.
