Shopping at Oakbrook Center Made Easy With Uber

Shoppers at Oakbrook Center will be able to travel to and from the mall with ease this holiday season, thanks to the shopping center’s newest partnership with Uber.

Through December 31, shoppers will be able to receive a complimentary ride to Oakbrook Center to complete all their holiday shopping when they enter the promo code OAKBROOK in the app by selecting the “promotions” tab from the app menu. Once the promo code has been applied, mall guests will be able to receive a complimentary ride up to $60.

The first 1,000 shoppers who visit guest services and show their shopping receipts totaling $150 or more will be eligible to receive a complimentary Uber ride back home of up to $60. This service allows shoppers to enjoy a day at Oakbrook Center and alleviates the hassle of driving and parking during the busy holiday shopping season.

“We are always looking for new ways to serve our guests, and partnering with Uber allows us to make sure that they have a seamless way to travel to and from our shopping center,” said Suzanne Cook-Beres, senior marketing manager for Oakbrook Center. “This, paired with our package storage and other perks available at Guest Services, will make shopping more comfortable and convenient for everyone.”
