Standard Market Naperville is hosting Shedd Day on Saturday, October 11 to celebrate the launch of Right Bite, a sustainable seafood program created by Shedd Aquarium. The Right Bite program categorizes seafood to indicate its sustainability, based on fish that are abundant, well managed, and caught or farmed in environmentally friendly ways. Standard Market will use the information to educate consumers through labels on the product tags. Green labels will indicate a “Best Choice” and yellow labels will indicate a “Good Alternative”.
