Standard Market Naperville Presents Five-Course Fall Harvest Dinner

Standard Market Naperville is cooking up a fall Harvest Dinner in the Naperville CUBE, Standard Market’s wine, beer and cheese bar. Using Standard Market’s fresh, high-quality ingredients, Chef Pat will prepare a five-course meal featuring seasonal cuisine with beer pairings. The menu will include:
• Starter: Oysters paired with Brasserie du Bocq Saison
• First course: Crispy potato gnocchi, roasted carrots, squash, mushrooms, browned butter paired with Reissdorf Kölsch
• Second course: Smoked shrimp, roasted & pickled beets, pickled carrots, grilled tropea onions, frisée, spicy aioli paired with Schlenkerla Lagerbier
• Third course: Roasted chicken breasts, chicken gravy, confit chicken thigh smashed potatoes, apple & celery root slaw paired with Allagash Dubbel
• Fourth course: Molten chocolate cake, gelato paired with Dogfish Head Punkin
