Taking Thyme For Yourself: Growing & Cooking With Herbs

Spring has sprung and Joannie Rocchi from The Growing Place along with The WAR Chest are partnering together to present “Taking Thyme for Yourself.” Joannie is currently the retail Perennial Manager of The Growing Place in Aurora who is in her 24th year there.

On Tuesday May 12th from 6:30 pm-8:30 pm at WAR Chest Boutique (4 E. Jefferson Ave.), she will be talking about over 120 varieties of herbs, in particular how to grow and cook with them. WAR will be concluding the event by talking about how it is important to take time for ourselves for our own well being as women.
