Village: 'Get Out And Explore Lisle This Summer'

Summer in Lisle offers plenty to do and explore! Though options are more limited than usual this summer, the warm weather is inviting for the exploration of a multitude of activities available around town. Restaurants, businesses and other destinations have begun to slowly reopen while conscientiously following recommended safety guidelines. Take a moment to consider the following options to enjoy Lisle and the surrounding area during these summer months:

• Patronize a local business or try a Lisle restaurant you haven’t tried before.
• Take a ride or walk on Lisle’s bicycle and walking paths or the Illinois Prairie Path.
• Walk the interactive path at PraireWalk Pond then enjoy a picnic in the gazebo.
• Take in the unique experience of the Lisle French Market on Saturday’s from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in Downtown Lisle.
• Walk by the Museums at Lisle Station Park on your way to enjoy a fantastic meal in downtown Lisle.
• Visit a DuPage County Forest Preserve
• Grab your tackle box, fishing pole, and head on out to try your hand at fishing at one of the Park District park ponds
• Play a round of golf at River Bend Golf Course
