The Village’s annual Community Clean Up Day, in partnership with Lakeshore Recycling Systems, will take place on Saturday, October 2nd. Residents of single-family homes will have the option of disposing of an unlimited amount of refuse and household debris by placing it curbside for pick up. For those that have a subscription cart program, no stickers are required to participate. Those that do not have a subscriptions cart program must affix stickers to the first five items set out for disposal. Additional items placed out with the first five stickered items will be picked up without charge. Individuals can begin placing items at the curb after the regular pick up that takes place Wednesday, September 29th. Please note that mattresses and box springs need to be completely sealed in plastic wrap for disposal.
