On March 2, 2020, Baxter & Woodman presented the Village’s future water system capital needs. The $9,000,000, 10-year, Water System Capital Improvement Plan includes the construction of 17,400 linear feet of water main, pump station improvements, rehabilitation of emergency back-up wells, water system modeling and advancements to water metering.
Based upon this plan, Baxter & Woodman performed an analysis of the Village’s water rates with the goal of developing water rate recommendations that sustainably finance recommended Water System Capital Improvements, maintenance, and operation into the future. This analysis will be considered during the Committee of the Whole to be held after the 7:00 p.m. Village Board meeting on Monday, July 20th. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend.
