• Will County Board approves Flock cameras (abc7chicago.com) — Manhattan is one of several Will County communities getting new Flock license plate-reading cameras under rules the county board just approved. The move follows regional concerns about past misuse of this technology elsewhere, so local departments will be operating under stricter policies and oversight as the cameras are rolled out.
