Drug Possession, Theft: Manhattan Arrests

Nicole L. Bell, 26, of the 24000 block of Clover Court, Manhattan, was arrested Oct. 27 by Romeoville police on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic needed/syringe and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Samuel D. Boeckman, 22, of the 300 block of Park Street, was arrested Oct. 27 by the Will County Sheriff's Office on a charge of theft under $500.
