DUI Charges: Manhattan Arrests

The latest roundup of local arrests.

Cesar R. Barrios, 38, of the 200 block of Riley Avenue, Lockport, was arrested Nov. 18 by Manhattan police on charges of aggravated DUI, driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a license and driving 21-25 mph over the limit.

Thomas R. Charles, 24, of the 300 block of Andrea Drive, was arrested Nov. 19 by Manhattan police on charges of DUI, possession of a controlled substance and registration light violation.
