Man Charged With Aggravated DUI In Manhattan

A look at recent arrests.

MANHATTAN, IL — Cyquim T. James, 36, of the 500 block of Oak Street in Kankakee was arrested by Manhattan Police on Dec. 3 on charges of aggravated DUI, improper lane use, improper display of registration, operating an uninsured vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to Will County jail records.

Police report information is provided by local police departments. Charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions on a given day, and persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
