Manhattan Hiring Summer Public Works Positions

MANHATTAN, IL — The village of Manhattan is accepting applications for summer help for the public works department. The village said the temporary position would work May through August, about 30-40 hours per week.

According to the village, duties for this job include, but are not limited to; painting, basic road maintenance, litter removal, grass cutting, basic landscaping and general carpentry.
