Wanted Manhattan Man Found With Heroin: Cops
New Lenox police said a 26-year-old man with an outstanding warrant was found with heroin during a traffic stop.

NEW LENOX, IL -- A 26-year-old man with a home address listed in Manhattan faces multiple charges after a Sept. 14 traffic stop in New Lenox.
Police in the village have charged Max D. Ciesla, 26, of the 300 block of McClure with speeding, outstanding warrant, possession of drug equipment and possession of a controlled substance.
A New Lenox police officer reported that he was at Nelson Road and Joliet Highway at 12:40 a.m. when he conducted a traffic stop on a speeding vehicle allegedly driven by Ciesla. During the traffic stop, the officer indicated it was learned that Ciesla had an outstanding warrant and was in possession of heroin.
