Winter Clothing Drive To Benefit Will County Organizations

The drive will run until Dec. 13, and there are drop-off locations throughout Will County.

WILL COUNTY, IL — A winter clothing drive throughout Will County will benefit the Will County Veterans Assistance Commission and other organizations in the county. The drive will run until Dec. 13.

State and local legislators are hosting the drive, and there will be several drop-off locations:

  • Manhattan village hall, 260 Market Place, Manhattan
  • State Sen. Jennifer Bertino-Tarrant's office, 15300 Route 59, Unit 202, Plainfield
  • State Sen. John Curran's office, 7501 Lemont Road, Suite 315G, Woodridge
  • State Sen. Napoleon Harris' office, 350 E. Sibley Boulevard, Suite 403, Dolton
  • State Sen. Michael Hastings’ office, 20855 S. La Grange Road, Suite 102, Frankfort
  • State Sen. Patrick Joyce’s office, 270 Main St., Park Forest
  • State Sen. Pat McGuire’s office, 16151 Weber Road, Suite 103, Crest Hill)
  • State Sen. Sue Rezin’s office, 1421 N. Division St., Morris
  • Plainfield Village Hall, 24401 W. Lockport St., Plainfield
  • Channahon Village Hall, 24555 S. Navajo Drive, Channahon

Items needed include new and gently used winter clothing such as sweatshirts, sweaters, warm pants, scarves, gloves, socks and coats in all sizes.
