You'd think I would've learned after the first two times but the third time really did it. First time 2 years ago my 2 computers were there a week and no one even called when they were done, I just went there to see what was up. Second time last year was 10 days and they actually did call that time. Picked up my laptop yesterday after it sat there for 10 days and was NEVER TOUCHED!! Debbie who runs the place either can't remember things or just plain lies, she told me that a tech took my unit home over the weekend to work on it but 2 more days later I find out it never left their place. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and stay away from this place, my garage looks more like a computer lab than this place.
