People are extremely rude and it takes forever to get something repaired. Took my mower in to get repaired, waited a month, not only did it not get repaired but I had to pay a 20 dollar service fee. Then I get my mower back in pieces because I didn't want them to replace the transmission! I immediately reported them to the better business bureau.
