Adoptable Pet Of The Week: Beamer

MOKENA, IL — For those looking to adopt a pet, a great place to look for your new family member is at NAWS Humane Society of Illinois. This week's 'Adoptable Pet' is Beamer, who is available for adoption at the humane society.

The society said Beamer is a 2-year-old lab mix who was rescued from a high kill shelter in the south. He loves treats and will take them very gently.

Beamer is very sweet, loving and affectionate; he loves to be close to be people. The society said he also gets along with other dogs and does good in the doggy playgroup.
