Brian Fei Introduced As New Mokena Staff Engineer

MOKENA, IL - The village of Mokena has a new staff engineer. It's Brian Fei, who was formally introduced in the role during the village board meeting on Nov. 13.

Fei, who began in his new role on Oct. 30, is a former project manager and resident engineer with Omega & Associates, a professional engineering services firm based out of west suburban Lisle.

"Mr. Fei brings to the Village an accumulated twenty years of private sector experience in the areas of highway and street maintenance and construction, storm sewer rehabilitation, and water utility relocation," according to a village newsletter. "Along with his nine year tenure at Omega, his background includes work as a Land Development Manager for a residential homebuilder, and as a Project Manager and a Civil Design Engineer for two other professional engineering services firms located in the Chicagoland area."
