Mindful Way Studio and Comprehensive Body Connections Invite the Community to Free Yoga in the Garden

Looking for a refreshing way to begin your Saturday morning?

Mindful Way Studio and Comprehensive Body Connections are coming together to offer a complimentary community wellness experience designed to help neighbors reconnect with their bodies, their health, and one another.

Join us on Saturday at 9:00 a.m. at The Garden, 19224 S. Schoolhouse Rd., Mokena, IL 60448, for a 45-minute beginner-friendly yoga class surrounded by the beauty of nature. Whether you’ve practiced yoga for years or have never stepped onto a mat, this welcoming class is open to everyone.

Following the yoga session, holistic health practitioner Robyn from Comprehensive Body Connections will share practical insights into holistic health and simple ways to support overall well-being. Guests will also have the opportunity to meet Ania Haas, founder of Mindful Way Studio, who will be offering complimentary wellness samples and introducing the studio’s unique approach to mindful living.

“We believe wellness should be accessible and experienced in community,” says Ania Haas. “Sometimes all it takes is one peaceful morning, one conversation, or one new connection to inspire healthier habits and a renewed sense of balance.”

The event is completely free and intended to bring people together through movement, education, and meaningful connection. Bring your yoga mat, a bottle of water, and invite a friend to enjoy a relaxing morning outdoors.
