Registration is Now Open for the Cancer Support Center Walk of Hope & Survivor Celebration, June 7
Join CSC June 7 at Commissioners Park in Frankfort, IL to celebrate survivors, honor loved ones, and support free cancer services.
The Cancer Support Center is inviting the community to come together for its annual Walk of Hope & Survivor Celebration on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at Commissioners Park.
Held on National Cancer Survivor Day, the event offers a meaningful way to celebrate cancer survivors, honor loved ones, and support those navigating a cancer journey—all while enjoying a morning outdoors with family, friends, and the community.
Participants can choose between a 5K route or a 1-mile walk, making the event accessible for all ages and abilities. Registration opens at 8:00 a.m., with the walk kicking off at 9:00 a.m.

The Walk of Hope is one of the Cancer Support Center’s signature events, helping fund its mission to provide free emotional, educational, and wellness support services to anyone impacted by cancer. Programs include counseling, support groups, nutrition and fitness classes, and resources for families—all offered at no cost thanks to community support.
Individuals, families, and corporate teams are encouraged to participate. Attendees can register on their own or start a team, with fundraising opportunities available to earn fun incentive prizes while making a meaningful impact.
