CPR Classes Offered In Mokena

MOKENA, IL -- The Mokena Fire Protection District is offering another CPR class this month. The fee is $35 with a community card and $40 for healthcare providers, according to an alert from the village.

This month's class will be from 6-9:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 9 at Mokena Fire Station #1, at 19853 S. Wolf Road.

Students are instructed in adult, child and infant CPR as well as AED. Those who complete it will be issued a CPR card from the American Safety and Health Institute that will be valid for two years.

The fee covers books, materials and instructor fees. Register online at www.mokenafire.org or at Fire Station #1 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Classes will be offered monthly.
