Crash With Injuries at 30 and Wolf
At least two people are injured after a two-car crash at the Mokena intersection Thursday afternoon.

MOKENA, IL - A crash involving two cars at U.S. 30 and Wolf Road in Mokena occurred just before 4 p.m. on Thursday.
There were multiple injuries, but none were serious according to Mokena Police Chief Steve Vaccaro.
"Our guys are still on the scene," Vaccaro told Mokena Patch at 4 p.m. The crash occurred about 15 minutes prior.

One vehicle was stalled over the curb on the CVS side of the intersection, but no roads were closed as a result of the crash. The car sustained significant damage to its driver's side.
Traffic backups began immediately on Wolf, however.

Vaccaro wasn't sure how many people were injured, but said it was more than one.
