Detective Visits 3rd Graders At Arbury Hills

MOKENA, IL - Third-grade students in Mrs. Laura Cissell's class at Arbury Hills Elementary School in Mokena were visited by a police officer last week. Detective Stahulak of the Naperville Police Department discussed his job duties with the students, who also learned about what it's like to be a witness in court, how detectives find evidence at a crime scene and what education is needed to become a police officer.

Detective Stahulak's visit came while the students were reading a story called "The Trial of Cardigan Jones.”
