This two-day free seminar will cover boating safety, equipment, navigation, motorboat registration, emergency measures and Illinois boating laws. Meets from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
Participants successfully completing the course will receive certification. Persons age 12-18 must possess a Certificate of Competency to operate a motorboat. Must attend both classes to receive certification. Registration required.
