Improve your fitness level while working on sports agility training, plyometrics, explosive power drills and basic interval training on Tuesdays and Thursdays for eight weeks. Class is appropriate for those at an intermediate level of fitness who have been exercising on a consistent basis with no current injuries/major health concerns.
For age 18 and older. Fee is $103. Non-residents will pay an additional fee. Registration deadline is April 3.
