
Mokena Park District is offering a Free Virtual Wellness Workshop on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 from 6–7pm. Join Christine Rosandich, Nutrition Educator & Health Coach, MS from The Cancer Support Center for her informative workshop on Ways to Manage Stress and Reduce Anxiety.
Stress can affect your body, thoughts, and feelings in many negative ways. Left unchecked, it can contribute to health problems such as high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity, diabetes and more. Learn how to recognize stress symptoms and how to better manage your stress to feel calmer and more relaxed. A Zoom link will be emailed to all registered participants prior to the Workshop.
