Kids Will Have Fun Learning to Play Soccer in this Recreational League

This instructional soccer league focuses on basic skills for the beginning and novice youth players from age 4 to Grade 8.

Mokena and Manhattan Park Districts are conducting an instructional soccer league that focuses on basic skills for the beginning and novice youth players from age 4 to Grade 8. The program uses small-sided games for maximum touches on the ball and maximum participation for the player, both of which are instrumental for player development. Team practices are during the week (led by volunteer coaches), and games are on Sundays. Each team is guaranteed to play 7 games. Grade 3-8 will have a playoff tournament at the end of the season. Games will be played at Willowview Park Soccer Fields in Mokena and Manhattan Park.
