This sunday at 9 AM, CrossFit Mokena will be hosting a memorial CrossFit workout open to the public. A big thank you to HOTside CrossFit, CrossFit New Lenox, and Homer Glen CrossFit for all the help putting this together!
CrossFit has a long standing history of honoring fallen service men and women by creating Hero WOD's (workout of the day) named after men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice. We will be partnering with CrossFit gyms from all over the area for sundays fundraising workout.
