We at Mokena School District are happy to announce our new playground at Mokena Elementary will be coming this summer. Thank you to our families who supported the playground last school year by participating in the Walk-a-thon. We raised a lot of money that will go toward the equipment!
Thank you to the Mokena Educational Foundation (MEF) for awarding $15,000 towards the playground. Lastly, thank you to the Mokena Park District who will partner with MES this summer by tearing down the old equipment in the back of the school. Great things happen when everyone works together!
