Mokena Junior High Inducts 19 New Members
They join the ranks of other dedicated, community-focused 7th and 8th graders that went before them.
Yesterday the Mokena Junior High National Honor Society inducted 19 new members. The purpose of the National Junior Honor Society is to create enthusiasm for scholarship, stimulate a desire to render service, promote leadership, develop character, and encourage good citizenship in middle school students. Students must maintain a 5.0 GPA and complete 10 service hours per semester. Awesome job, Meteors!
