Mokena Park District Has Many Programs Starting Soon for Adults

Adult programs at Mokena Park District are a great place for socializing, exercise and learning something new.

Join us for the ADULT EGG HUNT at Mokena Park District on Thursday, March 21, 2024 from 7–8:30pm at Yunker Park, 10824 La Porte Road, Mokena. Adults age 21 & over will enjoy games, an Easter Egg Hunt, and a light buffet dinner. Early Bird Registration fee, R/NR: $35/$40. No refunds. Registration deadline is March 15. The SPRING SINGLES CORNHOLE LEAGUE is a 4-week league on Thursdays, April 4-25, 2024 from 6-8pm at The Oaks Recreation & Fitness Center, 10847 La Porte Road, Mokena. Seasoned players and beginners will enjoy this league. The first few weeks are pool play and each player is guaranteed 2 games a night. The final week will be the seated playoffs. The PIEROGI WORKSHOP is on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 from 5:30-7pm at The Farmhouse Academy in Mokena. Learn how to make this delicious Polish treat. Each student will make their own dough and fill their pierogi with a classic cheese and potato filling. Assembly and cooking techniques are also covered. Age 18 & over. Registration Fee R/NR: 50/$55. The CO-ED 16” SLOW-PITCH SOFTBALL LEAGUE is a sanctioned league on Fridays, May 3–August 2, 2024 at the Main Park, 10925 La Porte Road, Mokena. Teams are guaranteed to play 10 games. Game times are between 6:30­–10:30pm. Team rosters must consist of a minimum of 10 players or a maximum of 20 players. Cash prizes for winners of the playoffs. Early bird registration fee R/NR: $600/$625. After April 12, additional fee applies. Registration deadline: April 26. Registration accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Age 18 & over.
