Mokena Parks Golf Outing Is June 27 At Sanctuary
Proceeds from the event will be used to help pay for scholarships for area residents seeking degrees in the parks and recreation field.

MOKENA, IL - The date has been set for the annual Mokena Community Park District Foundation golf outing, which once again will raise money for scholarships and improvements at Mokena parks. The golf outing is scheduled for Wednesday, June 27 at Sanctuary Golf Course, 485 N. Marley Road in New Lenox.
Fees are $130 per person or $520 per foursome which includes golf, carts, lunch, beverages on course, and dinner with open bar. Dinner only is $50 per person. There will be no refunds once tickets are purchased.
The money raised will be for the Mokena Community Park District Foundation, a charitable foundation that provides scholarships for Park District or community affiliate organizations and local residents who are attending an accredited college or university to obtain a degree in the Parks and Recreation field. The foundation also supports capital, landscape and beautification projects.

Check-in for the golf outing will begin at 11 a.m., with a scramble shotgun start at 1:30 p.m. A dinner event with prizes and raffles will begin at 5:30 p.m.
