Mokena Woman Among 3 Charged in Massage Parlor Sting
The February arrests were part of a joint effort by Palos Heights police and the Cook County Sheriff's Office.

A Mokena woman was one of two arrested for performing massages illegally, and a Chicago woman faces prostitution charges after a joint investigation by Palos Heights police and the vice unit of the Cook County Sheriff’s Office that looked into businesses violating the Massage Parlor Act, according to a press release.

Jihua Dun, 49, of Chicago, was arrested and charged Feb. 18 with two counts of prostitution. The charges stem from separate incidents Feb. 14 and Feb. 18 at a massage parlor in the 7000 block of 127th Street, the release stated.
Xiurong Peng, 40, of Mokena, and Wang Fenglin, 46, of Dubuque, Iowa, were arrested and charged Feb. 11 with performing massages without a proper license. The women were taken in to custody at a massage parlor in the 7200 block of 127th Street after undercover officers investigated the business multiple times, the release stated.
