NAWS Adoptable Pet Of The Week: Hollandaise

MOKENA, IL — For those looking to adopt a pet, a great place to look for your new family member is at NAWS Humane Society of Illinois. This week's 'Adoptable Pet' is Hollandaise, who is available for adoption at the humane society.

Hollandaise is a 4-year-old female, domestic shorthair cat. The society said she was rescued with her kittens from a high kill shelter in southern Illinois to prevent their euthanasia. She is very friendly, outgoing and social.

The society said Hollandaise is talkative when seeking out attention and will give head butts. She will also roll on her back for belly rubs and loves to be held, cuddled and carried around. She has a very sweet and affectionate nature that would make her a great fit for any home.
