NAWS Adoptable Pet Of The Week: Mabel

MOKENA, IL — For those looking to adopt a pet, a great place to look for your new family member is at NAWS Humane Society of Illinois. This week's adoptable pet is Mabel, who is available for adoption at the humane society.

Mabel is a 4-year-old female, red and white hound. The society said she likes to be near people and is very sweet and friendly.

Mabel also likes other dogs, and has a lot of energy, but will settle down to take a long nap. The society said she is also very talkative, like a typical hound.
