New Business Building Going Up At U.S. 30 And Wolf Road

MOKENA, IL - A new business building under construction at the corner of U.S. 30 and Wolf Road in Mokena already has two of its tenants in place. Business owners of the Nothing Bundt Cakes and McAlister's Deli locations in Orland Park both plan on expanding south of Interstate 80 to open new stores at the IRC Retail Centers' Mokena Marketplace, according to a report from the Daily Southtown.

The still-under-construction IRC building will have room for four stores to open, although two of the spaces have not been leased yet.

The ones that have will be Nothing Bundt Cakes, which will take up the 2,000-square-foot corner spot of the building and McAlister's Deli, which will operate out of a 3.500-square-foot spot.

Both businesses plan to be open before the end of the year.
