Vivien Reeves is a 6th grader at Noonan Elementary Academy in Mokena and has been selected by her teacher, Mr. Evers, as this week's Standout Student. Congratulations, Vivien, and to the Reeves family.

What is one essential you must have when studying?
One essential that I must have when studying is a notebook and pencil

What do you like to do when not in school or studying?
Usually, I have a drama practice to go to or an Irish dance class, which I both enjoy doing

What is your dream job?
My aunt is a physical therapist, and she sometimes tells me about it, so I am interested in maybe doing that

What are some of your favorite songs?
I don’t really have a favorite song. I enjoy listening to music and listening to what instruments play

What is one thing people don’t know about you?
One thing people don’t know about me is that my mom has thirteen siblings: two brothers and eleven sisters

Who do you look up to and why?
I look up to aunts Mairead and Brighde because we have similar interests, and they are fun

What do you keep under your bed?
If I wear clothes and they aren’t dirty yet, I don’t want to put them away, so I store them there (I eventually am annoyed by it, so I put them away)

Who is your favorite teacher and why?
Mrs. Hague is my favorite teacher because she makes class interesting

What is your favorite class and why?
Science, because Mrs. Hague teaches it

What is one thing that stands out about your school?
One thing that stands out about our school is that we have a Chapel

What extracurricular(s) do you wish your school had?
I like all of the extracurriculars that the school already has

What is your morning routine?
Wake up, change clothes, have breakfast, brush teeth, load lunch in my backpack, put on shoes and a coat, grab my backpack, and leave for school

If you could change one thing about your school, what would it be?
If I could change one thing about school, then I would change the homework into something fun

What is your favorite thing to eat at lunch?
I like it when we have Pizza Thursdays

What is your best memory from school?
Many of my best memories took place in kindergarten when things were easy
