Service project raises money to benefit Aid for Women

The students of Noonan Elementary Academy in Mokena participated in their yearly Catholic Schools Week service project, Penny Wars, this year to benefit the Aid for Women a pregnancy care center in Flossmoor that empowers women to choose life. The Noonan Student Council counted all of the money collected at the end of Catholic Schools Week and $3,081.86 was donated to the Aid for Women center.

Noonan Elementary Academy is an independent Catholic school in Mokena serving preschool through 8th grade. Noonan provides its students with a rigorous and innovative educational program that is academically challenging and personally supportive.
