Nothing brought Ken more joy than spending time with his family. He loved preparing meals for those he loved and was happiest when everyone gathered around the table. An avid golfer and fisherman, he found peace and enjoyment outdoors and treasured the many memories made on the course and by the water. His greatest pride, however, was his grandchildren, and he cherished every opportunity to spend time with them, creating lasting memories they will carry with them always.

In retirement, Ken also enjoyed spending time with his many friends at Leisure Lake, where his friendly nature and sense of humor made him a familiar and welcome presence.

Ken is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Judith L. (nee Moozak) Krause; his children, Kristie (Brian) Coppola and Erik Krause; and his grandchildren, Cleopatra and Giovanni Coppola and Ava Rae Krause. Several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.

He is preceded by his parents; a son, Todd Brian Krause in infancy; and a brother, Ronald Krause.
