Olivieri Brothers Move to Mokena
Firm that was recently sued by Mokena Park Board moves offices from Frankfort to Mokena.
MOKENA, IL -- Olivieri Real Estate, a local Lincoln-Way company whose co-founder was recently elected to the Mokena Park Board, has relocated to Mokena.
Olivieri Real Estate LLC announced in a news release last week that as of May 4 their new location is 9550 Bormet Dr., Suite 201 in Mokena. Their most recent office was at 750 Center Road in Frankfort.
The architectural firm remains in a legal dispute with the Mokena Park District over their involvement with two projects.

The dispute between the longtime firm and Park District is in regards to the Yunker Farm/Oaks expansion project and the blame surrounding the standing water that has been present in recent years at the tennis courts at the Fox Ridge subdivision.

The litigation against the firm - which Olivieri Bros. owner John Olivieri says is the first in the history of the firm - preceded the Mokena Park Board election this year in which Olivieri was elected with more votes than any of the five other candidates seeking a four-year term.
