Take a look back at the first-ever Pride event in the Lincoln-Way area, which drew hundreds to Yunker Farm on Sunday.
MOKENA, IL - The first-ever Pride party held in the Lincoln-Way area drew about 1,100 attendees. A little Sunday rain did little to dampen the mood at the celebration held at Yunker Farm.
The festival was organized by the Southwest Suburban Activists, a progressive group formed by Frankfort resident Emily Biegel in 2017. Scroll through the images at the top of the article to get an idea of the atmosphere at the event.
