Curtain Call’s Front Street Theatre is bursting with excitement this fall!

Now in its second season in Mokena, Curtain Call is proud to share all the excitement going on at the theatre.
If you should walk by the theatre during the evening hours on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays you will hear songs like “we’ve got magic to do” from the popular musical Pippin. Join this amazingly talented cast on a journey with Pippin through music and dance. Pippin is the heir to the Frankish throne, but the young prince Pippin is in search of the secret to true happiness and fulfillment. He seeks it in the glories of the battlefield, the temptations of the flesh and the intrigues of political power. In the end, though, Pippin finds that happiness lies not in extraordinary endeavors, but rather in the unextraordinary.
This will be the largest ensemble to be on the stage, with 21 performers and 6 musicians from local communities that spread from Mokena to Schererville, IN. Director, David Luecht, and Assistant Director, Frank Lopez of Joliet with Music Director, Jennifer Dale of Chicago, have brought together an amazing vision of this classic musical from Stephen Schwartz.
