Frankfort, Mokena TRIAD Plans Health Expo

FRANKFORT, IL — The Frankfort, Mokena TRIAD will hold its annual Health and Flu Shot Expo Sept. 18. The free expo will be held 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Founders Community Center, 140 Oak St.

According to a release, the expo will have raffles, safety information, health screenings and vaccinations. The Secretary of State will also be on-hand to provide a Rules of the Road course, renewal of driver's license/state ID, and vision screenings. The Jewel Osco pharmacy will provide free flu and pneumonia shots to Medicaid and Medicare part b patients.

Seminars at 9:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. will cover, "How exercise can improve balance" and "Fall prevention presentation."
