Spring Youth Soccer Recreational League is Starting Soon!
Mokena and Manhattan Park Districts are teaming up to conduct this instructional soccer league for beginning players age 4-14.
Mokena Park District is offering a Youth Spring Recreational Soccer League beginning April 21–June 9, 2024. Mokena and Manhattan Park Districts are teaming up to conduct this instructional soccer league focusing on basic skills for beginning youth players from age 4-14.
The program uses small-sided games for maximum touches on the ball and maximum participation for the player, both of which are instrumental for player development. Team practices are during the week (led by volunteer coaches), and games are on Sundays. Each team is guaranteed to play 7 games. Grade Divisions are: 4-K, 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8. Age 4–K will not keep score. Only grades 3-8 will have divisional playoffs.
